Today, I want to show you the app called “Edits”, which is Instagram’s version of CapCut. If you know me, you know I love CapCut – but I have been using Edits more and more lately! That’s partly because everything on Edits is free, and partly because everything on Edits is optimised for creating Reels for Instagram specifically.

Although you do need to have an Instagram account to use Edits, you don’t necessarily have to be creating the video content for that account. When you first download Edits, it will ask you to sign in to your Instagram account. But when you go on it, what I really like about it is that it’s kind of a hub for all your Reel content!
