TikTok is a really interesting platform because there are a lot of trends. I don’t recommend always following every single trend, and obviously, you do need to be creating content that aligns with you and aligns with your business, and what you are able to create, so they fit in with your calendar and all of that – but TikTok is quite trend-based. So jump on to some trends, in order to get that extra reach so that you have those extra followers – so that when you’re creating the content that you really want to create, that really aligns with your business, you’ve got those extra followers to get that content out to!
So what I want to show you is how to find trends that you can jump on. And the interesting thing is that a lot of trends start on TikTok and then they then move over to Instagram in a few weeks time, or a few months time sometimes, but that means that if you’re seeing them on TikTok and you’re creating that content and you can then post that same content on Instagram you’re likely to be early with it on Instagram. And that can be really, really powerful!
