Is every task unique?

No, most of the tasks repeat a few times. Assuming you do one task every single day, you’ll see some tasks again after a month, some after 3 months, some after 6 months – and one or two tasks are only in the workbook once.

Is a digital copy available?

No, this is only available as a physical copy. I made this decision partly because I know that having something right in front of you if far easier to remember than something hidden on your phone/computer, and partly because you’ll really benefit from turning the pages back to look at what you’ve already done and how far you’ve come.
